Hypothecatevb operates a real estate crowdlending platform that allows multiple participants to collectively finance real estate projects in Bolivia. This website is for informational and contact purposes. Effective participation in crowdlending projects is subject to the execution of specific contracts and compliance with regulatory requirements established by ASFI.
3. User Requirements
To use our real estate crowdlending services, you must: (a) be at least 18 years old; (b) have legal capacity to contract under the Bolivian Civil Code; (c) provide truthful and up-to-date information; (d) comply with regulations for preventing illicit gains legitimization under Law 170 and regulations of the Financial Investigations Unit (UIF).
